Terms and Conditions

The person registering any child for any Get GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, parties, events and camps MUST be the child's parent or legal guardian or an agreed  Get GungHo Pte Ltd reselling partner or agent.    

As part of our Services, we will require all parents/guardians who are registering their own child(ren) with us, as well as all and any Get GungHo Pte Ltd agreed resellers/partners registering child(ren) on behalf of a parent/guardian that has been sold/repackaged our programme to agree to the Terms & Conditions below.   

I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that by registering my/my customers child(ren) in any Get GungHo Pte Ltd holiday camp programmes (Camp GungHo), I/We acknowledge and consent to the following.  

Whilst Camp GungHo will take every precaution to ensure injuries do not occur during our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps, outdoor activities, football and other invasion games/contact sports are physical activities and, as such, injuries can and do happen.

Camp GungHo, our coaches, staff and participants will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, permanent or otherwise to your child or losses of property that may occur arising from any cause whatsoever during their time participating in our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps.  

We would advise participants and/or parents to get themselves and/or their child covered with personal insurance in relation to any sports-related injuries.   

Should Camp GungHo be unable to contact an injured child's parents/guardian children registered in any of our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps that require medical attention acknowledge and accept that they have given permission to Camp GungHo to seek medical assistance for their child/ward and that the parents/guardians will bear full financial responsibility for any costs incurred.  

Camp GungHo reserves the right to use any photographs and / or videos taken during any Camp GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps for publicity purposes. Camp GungHo reserves the right to the usage of live footage taken at any of our activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps for live streaming purposes.  

WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

In CONSIDERATION of allowing my child/children in participating in the activity(s) of Camp GungHo, I hereby agree to the following: 

1. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Get GungHo Pte Ltd and their directors, shareholders, employees and contractor ( hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees” ) from, and covenant not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage or injury including death, that may be sustained by me or my child or to any property owned by me or my child, howsoever caused. 

2. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) that they may suffer or incur arising out of or in relation to, directly or indirectly, my child’s presence and/ or behaviour in the Event and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 

3. I further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver, discharge, covenant and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held in valid, it is agreed that the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.   

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS 

1. I understand that the registration of my child/children will not be validated until payment is fully paid to the Company’s bank account (as indicated in the payment section) and that such payment is NOT REFUNDABLE and cannot used for a new booking in case of no show in the relevant date/week. 

2. Exceptions: If the child has incurred an injury (supported by doctor’s note) or is relocating from Singapore (supported by documentation), the camp fee will be refunded minus any third party transaction fees (credit card or bank transfer charges) as well as administrative costs incurred by prepaid purchases such as meals and excursion costs. 

3. Camp GungHo reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient members. Parents will be notified at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the camp. 

4. Cancellations due to COVID-19 Restrictions: In the event that Camp GungHo has to cancel all or part of a camp due to COVID-19 restrictions (circuit breaker / heightened alert / suspected COVID-19 case at venue or camp), NO REFUND will be issued. A credit note with 12 months validity will be issued instead. Please note that credit note is transferable among siblings and can be used for any of our future camps.   

PERSONAL DATA 

I acknowledge and agree that by registering my child(s), I hereby consent to the collection of my personal data and the personal data of my child(s) for the purpose of registration but also for commercial purposes and that any request to remove personal data shall be acknowledged to us by email to team@getgungho.com   

IMAGES 

I hereby authorise Get GungHo Pte Ltd to take photos/videos of my child(ren) where the child(ren) could be identified. I further acknowledge and agree that photos and videos will be used for the purpose of sharing them with the parents and publishing them on Get GungHo social media and business website for marketing and publicity purposes deemed appropriate by Get GungHo Pte Ltd.  

I waive any right to any kind of compensation arising from or related to the use of the photos and videos.  

We reserve the right to update and/or amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. 

By registering for any Get GungHo activities, training sessions, games, programmes, events and camps you acknowledge and accept that you have read, understood and agree to our Terms and Conditions as well as any additional Rules and Regulations documents shared or published by Get GungHo Pte Ltd. 

Furthermore you consent to be bound by all Get GungHo Pte Ltd Terms and Conditions and health declarations as set and amended by Get GungHo Pte Ltd.
