Get Gungho's Soccer Program for kids aged 3-12 is based upon the tenets of UEFA's iCoachKids methodology.

On the surface, football sessions for kids can be seen as a way to get kids moving. While this is true, our sessions are planned so that kids are provided with sessions that fulfil their needs and deliver developmentally appropriate and progressive sessions in a positive and effective way.
Our sessions will ensure that kids are inspired to be lifelong learners with key takeaways on values and principles that can be used both on and off the pitch.

Overall Goals
Get Gungho's child-centered coaching approach requires a commitment on behalf of the coach to embrace a natural starting point in development for each player. The coach's role is not to create parity (all players are the same), but to nurture them to a level consistent with their individual commitment, attitude, enthusiasm, and talent. To ensure participation in football is enjoyable for players, adults, parents, and coaches need to embrace and work with the development characteristics, and not against them.
Description of Football Programs
Goal-based training plan based on age-appropriate activities that involve the following activities among others;
- General Ball Control and Motor Coordination Skills
- Dribbling and Possession
- Receiving and Striking the Ball
- Passing the Ball
- Cutting and Turning
- Competitions (1v1, 2v2, etc..)
- Teamwork
- Scrimmage Games
- and many more!
All our sessions will include a technical activity and a mini-game where students can apply the knowledge they have learnt and build upon their skills.
Progress Markers
At the end of each term, players will receive a progress report that is based on the expertise of our coaches and will be based on the following metrics among others.

Football Training Fees
Kids football training fees are $35 per session.
Annual player registration (Jan - Dec) $20
Parents are billed in advance of sessions following a Termly billing cycle or prorated for players registering mid-term.
There is a concession for two or more registered siblings or if any child attends more than once a week.
